Retirement

Public Employees Retirement Association (PERA) Plan: Curry County contributes 21.16% and employees contribute 6.29% each pay period. A deferred compensation plan is also available!

Health Benefits

Medical, Dental, Vision, and Disability insurance offered. Curry County pays 80% of medical premiums for the employee and their dependents.

Life Insurance

Curry County provides a $50,000 life insurance policy and a $25,000 line of duty policy for all employees. Dependent and Spouse Life insurance benefits available.

Holiday Pay

  • 12.5 paid holidays per year.

  • 8 hours of personal leave per year.

  • 80 hours of paid vacation leave per year.

  • 96 hours of paid sick leave per year.
